Through volunteers, prayer, and your financial support,
Rock Church is having a significant positive impact in our local communities, region, and world.

FOC- Volunteer Positions Available ~ Campus Point Person 

To facilitate campus For Our Community initiatives and maximize participation in these events at specific campus and across all campuses.

1.      Become Familiar with Community with particular attention to needs in order to identify opportunities to serve the community.

2.      Become familiar with people at campus to invite and gather them and empower those with a passion for Community Service to build a team and sub teams for:

a.      Dreaming possible events

b.      Implementing / planning events

c.       hands-on serving.

3.      Coordinate event dates and themes to conicide with Church calendar  

4.     Communicate with other Campus Point Persons to build cooperative events and include as many as possible across campuses -along lines of shared passions, geographic area and other affinities (i.e. mechanically inclined to staff auto repair events, trades people trained to provide repair projects, botanically inclined people to perform gardening, weeding, beautification projects, etc.)   Contact Campus Pastor for further Info

ROCK CHURCH VOLUNTEER PARTNERSHIPS: Rock Church has partnered with over thirty organizations, as well as cities and towns, to help our community. We send thanks to front line workers, school supplies to our schools, coats and hats and toiletries to homeless. We also serve meals to elderly and homeless, help with clean-ups, and more. If you have a desire to serve, we can help get you connected!

PARTNERS IN PRAYER: We want to pray for you! We’ve prayed in our homes, at church, at schools, and in communities. Contact us with requests or to pray with us.

CONNECTION CARD INITIATIVE: Each month we highlight a different project, or program partner, to support financially through 4-6 weeks of donations based on the church’s connection card activity. Please let us know of any organization you think should be nominated at the following link.

Being FOR OUR COMMUNITY is part of our church culture:  Rock Church hosts annual Trunk or Treats in October, Egg hunts at Easter, and free Thanksgiving dinners; provides school supplies in the fall and Angel tree gifts at Christmas; and support local food pantries.

Also, independent member-led organizations: Include Common Ground, Heart4Honduras, Journey for Life, and Place of the Skull Motorcycle Ministry. Our Rooted discipleship experience includes a community service experience. We encourage service as part of bringing Christ’s light to the world.
